Unanet is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Executive Sales Consultant at the company’s corporate headquarters in Sterling, Virginia, reporting to the Vice President of Business Development. The Executive Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying opportunities for Unanet’s Project Portfolio solution in the SMB market and closing new customer accounts. The successful candidate will have experience in and knowledge of enterprise software, project or portfolio management, accounting and financial software solution sales, with a specific focus on association management, commercial and government contractor cost accounting principles.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of enterprise software sales experience using solution selling approach; success in consistently meeting sales quotas
- Project management experience and understanding of project management software solutions;
- Knowledge and understanding of consulting organizations, internal IT organizations and advanced technology organizations
- Specific experience using and/or selling commercial software for commercial or government contracting firms
- Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Professional presence
- High-level of initiative with strong work ethic
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, able to multi-task; detail-oriented
- Prior experience with the Unanet product is desirable
