As Operations Manager at YaSabe.com, you will be responsible for all aspect of customer fulfillment and operations including product provisioning and ongoing product fulfillment.

The product is an online advertising product and includes such components as bi-lingual micro-websites, online videos, managing search engine marketing campaigns, and more.  The operational work require utilization of web based tools to conduct the actual provisioning and utilizing a CRM or workflow tool to document the completion of work.

Practically speaking this means managing a small team (initially a team of one!) to conduct these functions with high quality and in a timely fashion.

Customer Service Manager – Herndon, VA (Washington, DC)
As Customer Service Manager at YaSabe.com,  you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service including sales verification, customer retention, account management, and general customer service.

YaSabe.com's product is an online advertising product and includes such components as bi-lingual micro-websites, online videos, managing search engine marketing campaigns, and more.  

The initial sales verification will require verifying the completion and quality of the provisioning and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Customer retention involves assisting customers to get the most out of their ad and helping them drive the most value from their online marketing.

Account management involves helping customers optimize their ad and having product knowledge to fulfill additional offering.
